  • I see what you mean....really, if you cannot concentrate, then I can see where it would stress you out. If you have things in your mind (like - to-do list) or you are paying for a sitter in order for you to attend yoga, or....if you had to fight traffic to get to Yoga class, then it will be stressfull...but hand in there...trust me, it helps! :-)
