What is considered a fever for a 3 month old?

My DR said one thing put people are telling me different maybe I misunderstood or my DR is just wrong HELP?

  • Anything above 100.3 I believe. That is what my kids pediatricians tell me.

  • Temp over 100.4 rectal or 99 under the arm

  • 100.4 taken with a rectal thermometer. My doc said to call if it got this high
