If you were on a diet, what would your WEAKNESS be? Or when would you "cheat" and with what food??

  • chocolate is my weakness! I try and behave though and I keep it down to once a week! I have been trying to lose weight for a while now I am taking green tea daily and keeping active. I have alot cut down on my portions. So far I am on the right track!

  • My weakness would be either chocolate or cheetos. I think the main days for cheating for me would have been right around the time I am getting ready to start my period.

  • Once of week I have a cheat day when I am losing weight. Then I can have what I like and not feel bad. Also because I eat so healthy during the week and have one day off, I can't over eat the bad foods. Try eating clean for a week and then have a big mac, I bet ur tummy with make you think twice about doing that again :)
    If I don't let myself have a cheat day I can't stick to it.

    I usually crave chocolate around my aunt flow time of the month....
