There is a Vietnamese dish that I absolutely love. It's grilled pork and shrimp on a bed of rice vermicelli and vegetables (usually bean sprouts, lettuce, shredded carrots, and sometimes cucumbers). It's served with an egg roll and a special sauce that is a sort of yellow clear color.
Do you know what the name of that sauce is? And any ideas of an online tutorial on how to make it at home?
