  • We have 3 children, ages 10, almost 8 and almost 21 months old. To answer your question, YES, we are less strict for Friday and Saturday evenings, BUT not as much on Sunday evenings b/c it is back to school the next day. We try to put our little one in at the same time though each night...b/c at this young age she needs the routine. That being said, we still don't let them stay up to a crazy hour, but we do let them stay up until around 10PM if they want....but they are usually in bed closer to around 9-9:30PM and during the school week are in bed between 7:30-8:pm.

  • They can stay up however late they want on weekends.
Well, my oldest can. But I'm trying to keep my 6 month on a schedule.
My oldest is only 3, so she only stays up 'til like 11 if even that.

  • No, my decisions regarding bedtime are based on what is best for little growing bodies and developing minds. Bedtime is the same 7 days a week. Exceptions are rare, special events. My children are 4, 5, 6, and 8.

  • Sun to Thurs bedtimes are 9pm, 930pm and 10pm. Fri and Sat the bedtimes are 11pm,1130pm and midnight. My children are 12, 14 and 15yrs old. But actually we are discussing subtracting 30 mints - the girls are just too sleepy in the morning...
