  • They say 6 weeks but from start to finish I bled for about 4 weeks.

  • I had a C-Section, but I'd say the bleeding lasted about two weeks or so for me.

  • I think I bled heavey for six and then it took another two to taper off.

  • I bleed for about 5 weeks after, then had a week off and started my period after that.

  • i had a c-sec with both of mine but they were totally different.
    the first i didnt bleed at all after i left the hospital.
    the second i bled for like 3wks.

  • I delivered my son vaginally and I bled (it wasn't light but it wasn't heavy) for 2 weeks, I remember so well because my dr. told us that we could start having sex again once the bleeding stopped, and the bleeding stopped but it was still too painful down there so we gave it another 2 weeks to fully heal. Oiy I am hoping it's the same with this baby!

  • I've had 2 vaginal births- I bleed super heavy the first week after the birth- then moderately heavy another 2 weeks, then like a period the last week- so about 4-5 weeks.

  • i had a vaginal birth and i had over 20 stiches. i bleed off and on for 12 weeks!!! i kept telling the doc but they kept saying it was normal. i had pain in my abdomin and went to a diff doc cause i was fed up. they did an ultra sound and said everything was normal. i still have the pain but am preg agian so i cant tell anyone about it. so yah good luck hope its not like mine :-).

  • i bled for 8 months after my son but i was on the shot with mydaughter i bled for 7 or 8 weeks just depends
