whats a good way to teach my 10month old abc's and 123's?

any fun easy advice???

  • I sing them. My DD knew her ABC's at 2 because we would always sing them.

  • Sing them in the car. (the ABC's) and count while you are waiting for things. Also, there is a great online game at fisherprice.com where the child hits a button on the keyboard and the letter pops up with a voice telling you what it is. My son knows all of his letters by sight and can count to ten...he has been able to since he was like 18 months. He doesnt sing the ABCs in order but can tell you what every letter is. He can't tell you what every number is (though most of them) but can count in sequence.
