Banana pancakes question!

Do you put the banana in pieces or do you melt it and mix it with everything else?

Sorry, I'm a REALLY bad cook :P

  • I mash them up with a bit of vanilla and a touch of butter or butter flavoring and stir them into the batter. They don't turn brown, and the flavor is amazing. To make the pancakes melt in your mouth, add a 1/4 tsp of baking powder (not soda) and 1 tsp of lemon juice.

  • Just cut slices of banana and mix it into the batter. It kind of mushes up as you go.

  • You can do both. I like the banana pieces, together with chocolate chips :P
