What do you use for a stress reliever?

I quit smoking two years ago and it still bothers me is there something I can do to help this

  • Walking. Walking, walking, walking. No matter how much I think a walk sounds terrible, I'll grab my iPod and force myself to get out there. For the first five minutes or so, I'm usually a massive crab. But by the time I'm done (especially if I managed to go 30 minutes or longer), I feel like a big hole popped in my stress balloon. I love yoga too, but it's hard to manage in our small apt with 2 kids running around, so a walk is usually the best solution for me. GL!
