where can I get a good/cheap halloween costume?

I want to dress my 6 mo old son up for Halloween, but I am not creative and I don't want to spend much money on something he'll only wear for a day. Do you know where I can get a cute, cheap costume?

  • what is he going to be? Because many costumes can be made with what you may already have in the house. My son is going to be a construction worker. He got dibs on a toddler construction hat and safety glasses at a local 4H event the other weekend and he will wear jeans, white undershirt and black rainboots which we already have!

  • Wal Mart. However, I found my daughter's first costume for about 1/4 of the price on Disney.com right before halloween.

  • Some stores have little full body suits that look like a bear, or kitty.. etc. It can be worn again and again, and can also work for Halloween.
