Entemann's, Dunkin Donuts or Homemade?

I like the chocolate coated ones from Entemann's. However, the filled one's from Dunkin Donuts are really delicious too like the custard and jelly ones. I've been wanting to see if I could create a donut from scratch. How about you?

  • Man, people really freak out about some Krispy Cream donuts down here in GA. But, being a Bostonian (where Dunkind donuts originated) i am a FIRM dunkin donuts fan if we're talking donuts & bagels.

BUT, i make all my sweets at home & nothing beats that!

  • Dunkin Donuts!!! I miss them. The closest Dunkin Donuts is 2.5 hours away. Our current choice is Krispy Kremes (gag!) or the Ingle's bakery (not much better than Krispy Kremes).

  • I'm not too big on donuts, but when I do want one it's usually a cake donut or a krispy creme.

  • I'd rather have something from a "local" (the town I grew up in, 20 miles away) little Dutch bakery. OMG their stuff is baked in the old Dutch way (for the most part) and just divine. KK are the only other option, or gas station sadness, and nothing else stands up to the bakery.
