  • DD will turn 4 oct 31.. and just in the last 2mo have been able to wipe #1 by herself mainly because she is super sensitive down there & if she doesnt wipe perfectly she gets red down there..
Havent started with #2 just yet...

  • My 2yr almost 3yr can with #1 and is getting there on #2. She still prefers to use baby wipes on her self for #2. It really just depends on the child.

  • Well, mine could wipe for # 2 on his own, so, I would think #1 would be easier. Of course, not all kids are coordinated enough yet at that age.

  • think it all depends on them! My 4 yr old has been for a few yrs now, and my soon to be 3 year old has been for at least 6 months! she still makes a mess on the potty though!!
Wouldnt worry!! the time will come (:

  • I work at a daycare in the three year old class, i believe they are supposed to be able to do a lot on their own bathroom wise, but a lot of the class has difficulties still, #1 or #2

  • thx all. that's what I was thinking. My 5 y.o. was totally independent by 3 1/2. My 3 y.o. um no way! I just have her sissy to gauge progress from, and I know that is not really a good measuring tool, because big sister is advanced at pretty much everything - way.
