What is the tastiest and healthiest thing to snack on at night?

  • If you can take it - try a ruby red grapfruit. It is healthy and it tricks your taste buds because it is sour and causes you to not want to eat anything afterward. LOL

    - sprinkling a small amount of sugar over the top hepls!!!

  • I do a piece of Fruit. Sometimes a little bit of yogurt and some granola. I think its healthy and it helps my sugar stay level. :)

  • I do popcorn on my stove popped in coconut oil. Light and healthy. :) no butter and salt...the coconut oil gives it great flavor. :)

  • yogurt, popcorn, jellybeans, kids slow melt pops (made with gelatin), protein shake, or a banana. sometimes just some cold water.

  • I would say pop corn. I use my hot air popper and instead of butter I spray on butter flavoured Pam.
