  • do my kids count? Can you ask the landlord about it?

  • Oh we already have, but some people just don't care. We tried to talk with them and make nice and tell them about our 3 yr old etc but they just don't care. Oh well.

  • Omg u just made me feel bad, my kids 21months & 4yrs old are the elephants, i always apologize to my neighbor, she asked me the other day "which one is the one who bounces the basketball?" i was like they dont.

  • No if they had kids it would be something just some ladies and their teen son. It is all night long no matter what time.

  • I could never live in an apartment for that very reason......I rent, too, but always a house.

  • I'm so sorry, that is the worst! I have a house for that very reason. Good luck. (got ear plugs?) Hope the landlord can help without making things worse.

  • It is what it is. If we would be too upset then we would have gotten a rent house but we loved this place. Oh well. Just a fun topic didn't know if anyone else had to deal with this.

  • Nope, unfortunately we are the elephants. :-( Our neighbors complained exactly 3 times, and then stopped (thank heavens)! Believe me, I hate dealing with it as much as they do. Every time one of my kids falls down, drops something, starts running, etc I cringe and my blood pressure goes up. They are 1 and 3, and I do everything within my power to keep them quiet. There's just only so much you can do. I'm sorry you have to deal with the other side of things...I've been there too, and it sucks!! Apartment living with kids is just the pits.
