Should we get paternity test now or wait until babies are born?

im 28 weeks pregnant with twins.

  • Wait until the babies are born. There are risks in getting an amnio done, if there isn't another reason to have one performed I would wait.

  • Get them now. It's so much easier legally if the babies are born with proof of who the father is.

  • Imo wait till they are born have all parties there and get the test done then if you can . or has the parties given dna already ? If they have still wait till they are born it is safer..

  • Id wait too, are they fraternal or identical bc I know its rare but there are cases of moms having sex w 2 guys right around the same time and the babies each having a different dad but if they're identical you knopw that wouldn't be the case

  • The test to get paternity done on a fetus is risky. You risk infection, membrane rupture, etc.
