  • Cheesy Chicken Casserole
    *Lightly butter or grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine noodles and chicken in this dish and mix thoroughly.
    *Combine melted butter and soup in a bowl and mix well.
    *Add sour cream, salt, pepper, green onions and 1 1/2 cups cheese; mix until smooth.
    *Spoon over the chicken and noodles and spread it across evenly.
    *Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    *Sprinkle with mixture of 1/2 cup cheese and corn flakes/cracker crumbs. **Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

  • I like chili, spaghetti, shepards pie, shishkabobs w/shrimp and pork, veggies and pineapples...pork tenderloin, burritos, ham and potato casserole, shrimp-potato-corn on cob &smoked sausage boil dumped on newspapers, lil smokies and bbq sauce w/cheddar slices

  • here's a quick one: pillsbury crescent rolls wrapped around lil smokies and baked. i serve them w/baked potato, baked fries, or veggies. they're quick and the kids love them!
