Any ideas? adult content

Ever since I had my baby 9 months ago I have had problems going to the bathroom (#2) I get this labor tummy pain/twisting humping over almost vomiting pain in my tummy... I have tried things that make you"go" but they don't help I am constipated then suddenly diarrhea , or when I can "go" I am constipated, then it turns into diarrhea I can't go to the DR my mother thinks it may be IBS any ideas would be great this sucks=(

  • Try limiting your dairy for a while and see if that helps. Too much dairy does the same thing to me. It could be other allergies too. I have a friend who has issues like this from wheat. Allergies can just develop too, so just because you weren't allgeric in the past may not matter now.

  • It coud be IBS. I would ask your doctor.
    When my daughter was 37 she was diagnosed with Celiac disease---wheat GLUTEN allergy. SHe had those same symptoms.

  • take a daily probiotic like Align or Sustenex
