  • Season, then sear and brown your chix breasts in an ovenproof skillet few minutes on each side on high heat, in butter/olive oil(this will lock in the juices) and then finish in the oven at 350 for another 20 mins or so. Serve with the mashers and gravy on the side! Do you have a green? You could serve that also as a side dish!

  • Make the chicken breasts... cook them in your frying pan with butter and lemon and garlic salt if you have it. So good :0)

  • Hamburger Steak-Instead of making the hamburger meat flat like you would a hamburger-make them bigger and more oblong like a mini meatloaf and bake them in the oven. In fact, you could even add spices and other ingredients and go ahead and make individual mini meatloaves. :0)

  • You could make baked chicken, and then have the potatoes and gravy on the side. Or make a meatloaf, and serve with potatoes and gravy :)

  • Hamburger gravy over mashed potaotes and a veggie. Make a gravy like sausage gravy that you would put over biscuits and just use hamburger instead. You can make meatloaf, swedish meatballs or any kind of meatballs. You can make the chicken breasts, just bread and bake.

  • You could make meatloaf, hamburger steaks or some type of casserole with the hamburger.
Or barbeque chicken, chicken and dumplings, baked chicken or fried chicken with the chicken breasts.
Me, I would probably go for chicken and dumpling, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, some type of veggie and corn bread.

  • I would use the hamburger like many of the moms have said. Hamburger steaks or meatballs.
