What do u do for cramps?

heating pad? motrin? I just need ideas that u used and that worked. its been a while since ive had them

  • Either Advil or Pamprin. Then a warmed rice bag on the area.

  • I take Advil the first 24 hours of my period and slap a heating pad on those cramps! Good luck!

  • Pamprin is great. A warm bath and even crunches can help...I know it sounds strange. Some of my friends swear that sex even helps.

  • ibuprofen and sometimes a heating pad, or sometimes lying down on a cold floor helps and a bath :)

  • Just want to say...YAZ is DANGEROUS!!! It gave me gall bladder and kidney problems bad, STOP TAKING IT!!! Anyway, orgasms help, but I take asprin and nap...lol
