Age old question: How do I begin to tone my stomach?

I could lose about 20 pounds but all my ugliness is in my gut
Please give me some advice

  • crunches and situps, running, pullups. they have wonderful exercise equipment at the gym where you can hold on and bring your knees up or lay down diagonally on this machine and do situps- they are killers! Running works out everything so that is easy too.

    Pilaties work great too!

  • The only thing I know is to start doing healthy...and then add crunches, sit-ups, and other forms of ab workouts

  • Pilates is an AMAZING workout! I started doing it and my stomach is tighter and you actually FEEL it working while you are doing it lol I also do a dance workout and it makes me feel sexy as well as fit!
