I liked the slimfast one it worked for me when i had my girls..

  • eating less, watching calories and learning what really is a serving and remembering to count everything into my calorie count such as ketchup on my hamburger get the idea

  • One that I created myself. Limit carbs & sugar count calories, eating lean meats, adding more protein, eating tons of fruits & veggies, & working out 6 days a week.

  • my diet plan for the dr is breakfast; 1 egg white omlet with ham or a slimfast low carb shake if your in a hurry...snack; 1 fruit of choose...lunch; 1/2 veggies 4oz lean meat and a cup of salad...snack; 1 peice fruit...dinner; 4oz lean meat 1/2 cup veggie 1 cup salad...I lost 9lbs 6 days doing this..
