What type of exercise do you do?

Whether it's daily, once a week, three times a week, etc.

I do heavy housework daily, go walking on the weekend and work out with resistance bands about three times a week (usually just tone up exercises).

  • 45 minutes a day of cardio using the wii fit. It's the only exercise that doesn't bore me and that I actually stick with. I also walk a mile a day.

  • I go up and down the stairs for laundry and my right hand pulls up the lever for the recliner to pop out...I would love to go to a gym but can't because I am limited

  • I do not enjoy exercise (unfortunately) so I walk when I can about 4.5 miles. When I am eating healthfully and walking consistently it really shows! When I start slacking off on either one of them it also shows.
