If someone is only going to eat healthy or exercise which is better?

Obviously everyone should do both but that is not the question.

  • eat healthy. exercising is not as big a deal as what you eat.

  • Obviously both are important, but I'd go with eating healthy too. As far as weight loss goes, I read somewhere that its 80% diet and 20% exercise. Who knows.

  • To try and lose weight? Definitely eat healthy. Its much easier to cut calories than to burn them.

  • I Would eat healthy....But still try and excerise even if you walk for 20mins..

  • Exercising boosts your metabolism by turning fat to muscle- this helps you better utilize the food that you are consuming. I feel better the more I exercise, regardless of what I eat. I have always had a very balanced diet and approach to food though-

  • exercise is very healthy, using weights builds muscles, get healthy and watching portions helps too
