How to take care of a mild burn

I burned my wrist on a rim of a hot fry pan. It still hurts 2 hours later. It's just red with a white line across from where I touched the rim.
Anybody know how to sooth it?

  • You can try aloe vera (straight from the plant is best if available) also Ive heard something about tomotoes sliced and put on the burn. Estee Lauder has a product called advanced night repair that used to be used for burn victims to help heal it faster. Hope everything works out for you.
