  • It's where you don't use any birth control. You keep track of when you ovulate and you avoid having sex at those peak times and cross you're figures you didn't get pregnant.

  • It's actually called the Rhythm Method. It's when you chart your cycle and when you have sex on a calenedar avoiding about a week around your ovulation date. It's not accurate all the time or for everyone but if you have very regular cycles it should work.
