  • no not really. it can't make the hair grow faster....if you want hair dye out the best bet is either cutting it short, outgrowing it or getting a hair dye remover kit (or getting it done) and dying it a new color....but I warn ya, the hair dye strippers kill your hair if you have a lot of chemical damage already. Turned mine into breakable goop and I had to chop it all off.

  • A girl I work with said she bought some sort of hair and nail vitamin at GNC and she took the pills as suggested each day until the bottle was gone and there was a huge difference in the length of her hair!

  • It's very hard to remove black hair dye from your hair completely, especially if it's permanent. Better to let it grow out and not bleach it. Bleaching with chemicals damages the hair it may make it so stretchy and thin that it comes out in your comb.

here is a couple home ways to get it out and safer for your hair

    1. you can try is to to create a paste of lemon juice and cream of tarter. Let this concoction seep into your hair and leave it in for 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse out of your hair completely.

2.Some people prefer using Dawn or another dish soap that is handy, because this will help to fade the hair color. This may help in cases in which the hair dye is too strong to your liking.

    3. mix equal amounts of baking soda and shampoo together. Soak your hair with this mixture. Rub this into your hair and leave it in for 5 to 10 minutes. This will help to fade the color. It is important to use a deep conditioner in your hair

  • 5.You can also use Prell shampoo to remove dye that is darker than you expected. Put a quarter size amount into your dry hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap and blow dry your hair. Wash the shampoo out in 30 to 50 minutes.
6.You can also purchase clarifying shampoo to fade some of the color out.
7.Another common soap that may help is Tide laundry detergent. Shampoo as you normally would with a quarter-size amount of Tide
8.Mix a quarter-size amount of shampoo with vitamin C powder and mix until it becomes a paste. Leave in for 15 to 25 minutes and rinse out with warm water. Repeat the process if hair color has not faded enough. Shampoo and condition as you normally would afterwards.

these 8 steps is what we ask people to do at the salon i work at to try to lighting the color up..because using bleach or a striper can really hurt your hair.if you have any questions please ask
