dang it, now I'm going to have to REALLY clean!!!!!!

God/fate has a sense of humor.
I've had Hoarders on my mind all day, thinking about my relatives problem with it (much worse than I am)

I just got a email from out housemate telling me that there will be a appraiser here on Thursday taking photos of the house, which means I've got to start cleaning up like mad.
but then she's more of a clutter bug then I am..............
I just don't want photos of my messes!
dang it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I remember the days(when me and hubby first got married) of our house being a mess. Don't it always seem that that's when someone important is going to stop by. I thought keeping my house clean would avoid that problem. Nope, the one time out of 20 that it's dirty thats when someone needs to be in my house....aarrrrggg! Good luck, set a plan for your self and enlist help on helping you stick to it. Maybe once the really messy stuff is clean get merry maids or some other cleaning service to do the rest for you. I know their expensive but just an idea if it's affordable for you. sometimes I think if I could just do the embarassing parts and let a maid take over the rest it would take a load off.

  • you just watch, the hubby who complains that I'm the messmaker, (mostly my sewing area) is going to not want to clean up his desk. He'll say that's not needed, or that area is 'fine'

  • DH did fuss a little, but he's working on things and helping. Making a lot of progress already.
