I let the frozen dough rise and punch it down then roll out and put butter, and sugars/cinnamon, roll, cut and try to rise again. Should I just let it barely thaw and then roll for rising or has anyone had luck with a 2nd rise from frozen dough? I usually put it in the oven with a pan of hot water under it for the rising.....
