  • OK I know Iam not going to be much help here but I LOVE Avocados I can eat it plain with a sprinkle of salt (sometimes as a sandwich)
My kids love them too. I even tried growing my own avocado tree until the lawn service mistaken it for a sort of weed :( She was 3 ft. tall and it looked like a minature palm tree. I am sorry TMI I got carried away. Did I mention I LOVE AVOCADOS!!!

  • Cut them in half and take out the seed. Then fill the hole with a mixture of shrimp (the tiny ones that are fully peeled) and cocktail sauce to serve as an appetizer.

  • Put it in a smoothie - especially for thin kids who could use some healthy fat.

  • Blend it with some heavy cream and make a sauce. Or with some green tomatoes, garlic, onion, and jalapenos. So good with chicken, fish, or for enchiladas.
