How do I get red kool-aid out of beige carpet?

  • Oh oh.....I don't think it is possible. We tried everything, even had a commercial carpet cleaning service try. We got new carpet and never let the kids take any food or beverage into the carpeted areas of our home.

  • we don't let them have anything on the carpet either, but my son got sick on it and all the way down the hall to the bathroom.

  • You can steam it out with an iron. It will def lift the stain. Take a towel and an iron on the hottest steam setting and iron over it. I do that for spot cleaning though. It sounds like you have a mess so that may take you a while. Oxy spray for laundry works too. Red #40 is the hardest dye to get out of carpet.
