Ok in June I started walking daily 2 miles and I sweated like a pig in this hot weather which I did not mind bc it made me feel like I actually did some kind of workout but now that the weather is getting cold I want to continue to sweat like this but when I do my walk I don't get that effect. I am semi-sweaty sorry tmi.
What would you do? I don't want to stop what I started...Thanks!
