  • give him some blueberries! Thats what i does for my dd , she loves them, they are healthy for her and they go right threw her

  • I give mine apple juice if it's bad (but for my kids juicy juice in general gives them the runs)

  • I give her lots of water. Then apple juice and if that doesnt work I do apple-prune juice and that always does the trick..... Getting her to drink that is the hard part though.

  • prune juice. I always diluted it just a bit so it didn't get too runny too quickly!
