  • I have an easy Pumpkin Peanut Butter Pie that is easy and delicious.

    1-large cool whip
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
1- 9 inch graham cracker pie shell

Mix all ingredients together and scoop into pie crust. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Garnish with cool whip on top as well.

  • Mocha Trifle

Make 2 boxes of brownies according to directions.
Make 2 boxes of devil's food pudding according to directions.

Sprinkle brownies while still slightly warm with 3/4 c.Kahlua OR 3/4 strongly brewed coffee or espresso. Let soak. Scoop brownie into a trifle dish or clear glass serving bowls. Alternate with pudding and one container of Cool Whip. When you're done, you should have 6 layers, from bottom up: brownie, pudding, cool whip, brownie, pudding, cool whip.

For decoration, you can add chocolate curls, chocolate covered espresso beans, pieces of Heath bar or toffee candy, malted milk balls, etc.

Every time I make this, it goes FAST that I almost never get any for myself!
