  • Provide her with a limit to the amount of time she gets a day, and stick to it. If necessary set a timer so that you can keep track of the length so you stay consistent.

  • Calmly tell her the new rules of limited time on the computer. Have ideas of things for her to do if she can't figure that out on her own. Be consistent.

  • Take away the computer access. YOU are the parent and YOU should be setting the rules and limits in your household (along with your husband, of course.)
