  • i was out of options tonight.. 21 month old is sick and refusing to eat for me today.. so i incorporated her fave (mac and cheese), the shell kind, with cooked hamburger meat and some crescent rolls on the side. everyone else enjoyed but not her. =[

  • IWe had a new meal: chili dog casserole. We all LOVED it! Hot dogs wrapped in tortillas, placed in a large baking dish, topped with chili & onions & cheddar cheese.

    We had a variety of fruits for side/dessert.
