  • I'm actually sort of both. There are many days when it doesn't matter how late I'm up or stay out, I'm up with the birds the very next morning. I have some funky built-in alarm clock that wakes me up early, whether I need to get up or not. Couldn't tell you what sleeping in means other than if I do sleep in, it's usually until about 6:30 a.m. Many times, I don't go to bed until midnight or later.

  • night owl (go to bed around 2-3 am ,as i have to study for my degree but early bird because my daughter choses to wake me up by 7 am lol .
