Late period but negative preg test

I am now thirteen days late. I have takin two home preg tests with first morning urine and they were both very negative. I have an apt coming monday with planned parenthood as I dont have a gyno.

I have one living child. I am a high risk for pregnancies and have to be on blood thinners. I am way concerned as Im startin to feel more preg.
I am super crampy with more pain on the right side..nauseated n tired. Could i be preg or worried about anything?

  • You have nothing to worry about you have an appt with planned parenthood, stop stressing that may be the reason for you being so late. Or the blood thinner could be making your body show neg. either way you don't need to worry.

  • Im not on the blood thinners atm. I need them if im preg. The only times I have ever not had a period I was preg. So this is really throwing a loop at me. Me and hubby werent trying either.

I have had trouble with bactrial infections and so am not sure if I should be worried or not.

  • Blood thinners would not make a pregancy test show up negative - but since you aren't on them, it's not an issue. I also require blood thinners during pregnancies. Try your best not to worry. If you have an appointment on Monday, all should be fine. A lot of people have hormone levels that simply don't show up on home pregnancy tests, it may just require a blood test instead. The previous post is correct as far as stress causing you to have a late period. Do your best to relax, and let us know what the doc says on Monday.
