  • Activia will !

This is where Activia can help! Researchers for Activia® specifically selected the bifidobacterium called Bifidus Regularis® (Bifidobacterium lactis DN 173 010) for its beneficial properties. Activia® with Bifidus Regularis® has been shown to play a role in helping with slow intestinal transit and thus helps to naturally regulate your digestive system.

  • i've seen the ads and all ..and i knew what was in it, i was just wondering if they were using it to get peoples attention. I wasnt sure if maybe the other yogurts had the same amount of fiber or not..

  • you could eat a salad a day, eliminate white carbs, only eat brown carbs and beans, and there is your fiber. you could get a good probiotic from a health food store that has lots more strains of beneficial bacteria.

  • Forget the yogurt! Get a good probiotic instead! Yogurt is all loaded with sugar - nothing in yogurt can combat all that sugar! Take a probiotic, much easier and better for you!
