fall activities

My dh and I love to go for drives in the fall and ride the 4 wheelers. Any other good outdoor activities for fall? Am I missing something?

  • Raking leaves as a family can be fun. It's a good way to make conversations of your childhood times.

  • Raking leaves, jumping in them, carving can you ever get too old for that and then toasting the seeds. Or cleaning things up outside, if you have gardens preparing them for winter, that helps children learn how to care for a yard or garden when they are grown.

  • Hay rides, corn mazes, visiting the pumpkin patch, picking apples at orchards, going to fall festivals (we have several around here) making pumpkin bread, making hot apple cider, snuggling up on cold nights and watching halloween movies, making apple or pumpkin butter (so yummy) walking through the woods and looking at all the beautiful fall leaves, fall photography,
