  • Ha ha... thats loaded... Smoking of course (and I smoke) but I avoid diet soda, how dumb am I lol. Good question.

  • Smoking hands down.....I know diet soda is not the greatest...but as far as I know it doesnt give you lung cancer or emphysema. Or irritate everyone around you with second hand smoke!!!

  • Smoking, absolutely. I'm in an Anatomy and Physiology of the Speech Mechanism class and today was all about Cancer of the Vocal Folds, tracheostomies, laryngectomies.. ohh yuck, it's awful stuff. Not to mention what it does to the rest of your body.
