  • Maybe you have an anxiety disorder. I suggest talking to your doctor and maybe a little meds can help you calm down and relax :-)

  • Breathe deeply.
    Get a piece of paper
Make a list of whatever absolutely has to be completed before bed to night.
Remember, I said has to be completed, not what you woud like to complete.
Go through the list and label most important, next and so on.
Start on one, do not stop until it is completed.
Do not do anything else until that one is completed.
Go on to the next one. And so forth.
    Do the same thing tomorrow.

  • Do u have a hobby that soothes u?

  • Take a deep breath! Maybe you need a day to just relax and then perhaps ask someone to come help out with something? I get like that too, a lot, especially towards the end of the semester in school- it seems like there's so much to do but not only do I not have enough time to do it, but I absolutely lack the motivation to even get started. Good luck, hope you feel better soon!!

  • How old are you? Alot of times it could be hormones. Or you could be having an anxiety attack. Some people think their over something that may have happened to them in the past and sometimes these emotions of trauma show up for no particular reason. You may want to go see your doctor he could tell you more
