Good sides with chili?

We're having chili on Saturday and some family over, other than bread and maybe salad, what should I serve?

  • When we have chili it is either with cornbread..or over baked potatoes. I usually serve nothing else because it is a very heavy meal anyway.

  • Cornbread? or is that still bread :0). Tortilla chips would make it kind of cool I think.

  • I like having crakers with cream cheese to dip in the chili or a peanut sandwich on white bread to dip :)

  • The only things I ever make with chili are (not all, just one per meal) cinnamon rolls, corn bread/muffins, noodles (but only with one specific recipe that isn't a real chili). I've done rice before, just once. Cinnamon rolls are definitely our favorite. Don't forget toppings/add-ins - cheese, crackers, corn or tortilla chips, sour cream, extra peppers or onions or salsa...
