  • bananas and cheese worked well for us. both are kinda binding foods.

  • The BRAT diet is best when a child has diarrhea. Bananas, Rice, Apples and Toast. Stay away from juices (including apple). The apples are best done cooked, like in apple sauce. The bananas are ok to be raw, but if you can have them cooked (like baby food) then its even better. Just plain white toast is perfect (preferably no wheat toast). And rice, even rice cereal, is really good.
