Early ultrasounds?

I'm 4 weeks pregnant and have had really high HCG levels. My dr and I have talked about the possibility of multiples since they run in the immediate family. He said we would know for sure by ultrasound but he hasn't scheduled one yet. How early did you have your first ultrasound?

  • my first Ihad one around 7 weeks. My second around 8-9 weeks. It's best to wait until around 8 weeks for a more accurate US. Under 7 weeks and the baby might not even be picked up on the US.
