how do you tighten up the bottom part of your belly?

  • leg ups and leg rolls specifically target your lower abs. leg lifts you lie on the floor and lift your legs at a 90 degree angle and lower them but don't let them touch the floor and bring them back up. do sets of ten. leg rolls you lie on the floor with your knees bent, lift your legs and touch your chest with your knees and go back down but again don't touch the floor, sets of ten. this cardio, and yoga after the workout will tighten your tummy...i have the picks in my profile to prove it

  • hip hop abs.. i used it to tighten my skin and it worked great, crunches are good but you have to make sure you muscles are working right. there are muscles that dont get used during pregnancy and you have to get them back to working before crunches or sit ups will work properly
