Where can I find free sewing patterns for cool stuff

I am new at sewing and i keep googleing patterns but i get easily confused LOL

  • lol Yeah i was going to say google it....but guess you got that covered...f i have a question i email it to my grandma and she will call me to let me know what i dont understand and what i need to do. good luck and hope you find something!

  • Sometimes the sewing/craft/hobbies stores will have them on clearance for next to nothing, but not free....

  • I am all about free! check out sewmamasew.com they often have free tutorials on there.

    Also, burdastyle.com has some free patterns on it.

    If you are specific in your searches on google for what you want it'll eventually be easy. I was like you in the beginning. DH recently formatted our computer so I lost all of my craft blog bookmarks!

    And just as a suggestion -- I would HIGHLY recommend investing in the book "One Yard Wonders" It has a bunch of different projects that only call for 1 yard of fabric. They are cute and generally super easy!
