How do you stay organized at work?

There's staff to consider, clients to juggle, meetings to attend, and don't forget the paperwork. How do you manage it all, and feel like what you are doing makes sense?
I have a new job and am trying to get ahead of the game by looking at the things that lead to burnout on the job. So be honest, and gives details.

Even the free version has some very helpful features to keep you and your team organized.

  • I create a to do list with most important stuff on top. I cross off stuff when completed. If I get distracted I go back to the list to see where I left off.

  • Outlook for meetings and reminders. An access database I designed, Excel spreadsheets, and a Wiki to keep up with my projects.
