No cook meal suggestion?

Tomorrow night I'm taking a group of 12 girls and 4 adults to a campout. We are supposed to take care of our own dinner for a our troop (everything else is covered). We are not meeting there until 6 so I want a no campfire dinner. Any suggestions?

  • Campout with no campfire....bummer.

Soup in a thermos, you can also put cooked hot dogs in a thermos and add hot water to it. It keeps them nice and toasty.

  • We will have a large campfire with the big group, but not for cooking meals on since it would be 8 or 9 before I could get it ready. Several troops are going to meet at camp so there will proabably be smores that night. Thanks for the suggestions!

  • Chinese Chicken salad, have greens and veggies ready and cooked chicken and put it together in 5 minutes when you get there, cookies or brownies for dessert and everyone will be full and happy. Have fun
