Help please!!

What can I do for cramps? I dont have any midol or money to get any...and they are killing me!

  • Warm compresses or a heat pad always help me. if you don't have those but have some regular rice (not minute rice) dump it into a pillowcase and microwave it for a minute or two and it works the same as a heat pad.

  • have you tried a heating pad? if that doesnt work you can try a hot bath/shower or throw a towel in the dryer for a few minutes if you dont have a heating pad. regular motrin may help some.

  • A really hot bath works for me. It helps to relax those muscles. If you have a jetted tub that's great too.

  • Thanks girls ill have to try that...i dont get them often at all like once or twice a year but when i get them im almost in tears....

  • Believe it or not but go for a walk or something, moving around helps relieve cramping. If you feel to bad to do that try proping your feet on some pillows and put a warm heating pad on your stomach
