  • Some days my daughter wouldn't take one at all, some days she would take two or three really short ones. I think it varies from baby to baby.

  • my four children usually took a mid morning nap and a mid afternoon nap but don't let the afternoon nap last too long or you'll be up all night

  • she takes 1 and if we are out she takes one in the car in the afternoon. when she is home with me she is a morning napper but it depends on what time she gets up in the morning. at daycare they do the afternoon naps. she is pretty good about sleeping even if she has a late nap but i try not to have her nap later then 3.

  • At that age my two were taking one nap. One son would sleep for 3 hours; the other for 1.5 hours (maybe!)
